1 Dealers
1.1 Do you have retailers / dealers?

For the U.S. we work together with Tour Supply in West Hollywood (CA) and Lititz (PA), they carry stock of the Pro AllXS+. If you are a U.S. resident and you are not located close to Tour Supply, feel free to contact us.

2 Shipment costs
2.1 What are the shipping/freight costs?
With ship and pack Box of Doom units with great care. We ship worldwide with FedEx Economy. We are able to deliver around the globe in 3-7 days, depending on your location. 

If you select your products in the webshop and proceed to the check out, the costs for shipment will be shown. The maximum weight with FedEx is 68kg. One Box of Doom including packing materials, will be close to that limit. If your order exceeds this 68kg {which will be the case if you order an extra speakerkit and/or flightcase] the system will show €0.- Your shipment is not for free, you will receive a price offer/quote for the order + shipment costs.

We always contact you with the details on the shipment, before it leaves our warehouse.

2.2 When I order, and the goods are in stock..what is the transit time?
We use (as default) FedEx economy, the transit time will be indicated in the webshop, after you selected the prefered shipment option.

If it says: 3-4 days, then this is the time FedEx needs after they pick up the package. Bare in mind that shipments to non-EU countries can (if the custom office needs extra time) experience some delay. After we received your order, we need to clear the order based on payment confirmation. 

It is safe to say that we are able to have your order on your doorstep within one week after receiving your order. If you would like to have more information (extra costs for Priority shipment), then send us a message.
3 Endorsement request
3.1 Do you endorse artists?

Symbioses Music, is a small company. We build each and every BoD by hand with great care. Most of our customers are professionals. Studio's, Performing artists, Bands, Theaters etc.

We receive request for sponsoring/endorsement quite frequently. Fact is that our products draw the attention of many potential users, 95% our customers are pro's. Studio's like Wisseloord (Netherlands), Hansa (Germany), Millbrook Recording (U.S.) and bands like Rammstein, Biffy Clyro, In Flames, The Lumineers, Snow Patrol and many more use our products. The fact that these bands and studios work with our products give us a certain level of exposure. Fact is that it results in more requests from professionals, etc etc. Business wise it is not possible to supply gear in change for exposure, because it only results in more endorsement requests. This might sound negative, but we always point out the fact that we are not in the position to fully endorse (as in: free products) a musician, studio etc.

Although we might not be able to "give away" our products, we are always in the position to find a way to cooperate. Just send us a message with your information!
4 Product prices
4.1 Do I need to pay the Dutch VAT?
All product prices on the website are in € and including the Dutch VAT.
A customer within the EU has to pay for our products including Dutch VAT (21%).

The are some exceptions.
  • You are located in the EU and the purchase is done by a company with a valid VAT number.
    If we can validate the VAT number, we will invoice the goods without the VAT (-21%).
  • You are located outside the EU? Also in this case, the product will be invoiced without VAT.
